We provide Supported Living Services for young people. We're driven by empathy, powered by lived experience
We work with young people who just need a stable place to call home. From care leavers, faced addiction issues, mental health issues, and gang activity. You name it, we've seen it, lived it, and supported those who have been affected to come out at the other side. Our staff have faced some of the issues that our young people have, and it's this insight and empathy-led approach which enables us to provide services which are holistic and productive.

At Sure Path our vision is clear: to play a leading role in ending youth homelessness by strengthening the support systems that prevent it before it begins.
Youth Focus
We’re focused on putting the voices of young people at the heart of everything we do. Their lived experiences will shape our services, inform our strategies, and drive our decision-making.
Understanding
Real-life experience of the issues young people tackle is what sets apart from others. Truly understanding these challenges not only guides us in everything we do, it shapes us as we go forward.
Learning
We will continually evaluate our impact, learn from our outcomes, and raise the bar for the quality of our support. Through evidence-based practice, we will not only improve the lives of those we serve.
